I actually searched for Bobby Jindal gifs for this response and found nothing. Internet, I expected more from you. But yes, Jindal did in 2009 I think and it was beyond awful. His delivery was awkward at best, his message hypocritical and he got a lot of flack from both sides of the spectrum.
